The RemotelyOne slack channel is a members-only community purely for location-independent professionals. This is one of the largest, worldwide communities inviting remote, distributed, nomad, and telework professionals to build virtual relationships. Members discuss anything from cool products and services, fun places to visit, photos of workspaces, remote-work challenges, and so much more.
The RemotelyOne application is an event-based relationship application for location-independent professionals. With three different interfaces to choose from, users can find screened matches for friends, dating, and career mentorship. Users will also have the option to choose any type of event they want from in-person meetups, text messaging, phone calls, and video calls. The best part is, no matter where you are, you can find real-time matches.
RemotelyOne has an essential purpose: to build one community, the remote community. From meet-ups to webinars to meet-and-greets, we want location-independent professionals alike to meet new people, support and teach one another, learn new things, and help to grow this unique community. RemotelyOne events are the key to opening those doors.
RemotelyOne aims to provide location-independent professionals with important updates of not only our events and services, but interesting and relevant information for our community, such as, tips on how to manage remote teams, advances in technology and tools to operate independently from any location, and helpful hints on what to avoid in the location-independent sphere. We will provide blogs and resources and articles. Also, we encourage our members to submit content you would like for our peers to catch up on as well.
