Mika's achievements are impressive, to say the least. An Army veteran, she once worked for the U.S. Department of Labor. She not only created an award-winning telework program for the Department of Agriculture in 2010, but she had to reschedule this very recording session due to a Congressional hearing on the future of remote work!
Interestingly, the three of us have never been in the same room together, but we all lived within a ten mile radius of each other growing up. Talk about a small world!
